As a wife of a first responder and psychotherapist, Lona Snell provides individual counseling services at a discounted rate to first responders and their unique needs. She is trauma certified, EMDR trained, and helps first responders resolve their trauma related work exposure. Not only does she serve the first responders as individuals, she is also known for working with first responder marriages and/or their first responder families. (Online counseling is also available to accommodate first responder schedules, as well as, distant departments and staff within the state of Texas.)

Lona currently collaborates with first responder departments and provides whole group mental health trainings that include; awareness, preventatives, mental health assessments, and interventions. Furthermore, Lona often collaborates with first responder departments to develop an overall supportive mental health awareness and wellness model, that are unique to each department. Albert W. Holguin has been a hypnotherapist for the past three years. He encourages client “self-healing” utilizing the “power of their minds.” Mr. Holguin is a firm believer that positive change is possible by simply reprogramming thinking and the workings of the mind.
